The TriAire Custom ceiling fan offers a clean, contemporary look with its three matte white composite blades and brushed nickel motor housing. The integrated 12-inch opal frosted LED light kit provides bright, energy-efficient illumination with adjustable color temperatures. With Wi-Fi connectivity and voice assistant control, this fan is as smart as it is stylish.

How bright is it?
This fan's integrated LED light kit produces 3600 lumens - comparable to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. It's bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a large room, or as a strong accent in open spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K warm white, 3000K soft white, 3500K neutral white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The warm settings flatter skin tones and wood finishes, while the daylight setting is ideal for task-oriented areas. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 56 inches in diameter and hangs 15.93 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
