How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so lumen output is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1600 lumens.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) color temperatures, allowing you to customize the ambiance. The kit is dimmable and has a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 56-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 56 x 56 x 12.92 inches. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27°) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7–9 ft hanging height for maximum airflow.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
