Description
A 56-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in matte white with weathered wood blades, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations.
This ceiling fan combines modern style with high performance. The three slender composite blades in a weathered wood finish contrast beautifully with the matte white motor housing, creating a clean, contemporary look. Powered by a quiet and energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while remaining whisper-quiet. With integrated Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control.
Best for
- Covered patios, gazebos, pergolas, and porches where wet-rated durability is essential
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 20x20 ft, providing strong airflow and modern style
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient air circulation with 16 speeds
- Outdoor dining areas, keeping guests cool during warm weather gatherings
- Indoor rooms with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, using optional downrods for optimal height
Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 10x10 ft where a 56-inch blade sweep may be overpowering
- Indoor-only use if you prefer a fan without smart features, as this model is Wi-Fi enabled
- Spaces with ceilings lower than 8 ft, as the fan requires a minimum hanging height for safety and performance
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1600 lumens, similar to a 100W incandescent bulb, for versatile lighting.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional light kit, you can choose from color temperatures of 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight), allowing you to set the mood from cozy to crisp. The high CRI of 90 ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for art or task areas.
Sizing and fit
With a 56-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 56 x 56 x 12.92 inches, this fan suits medium to large rooms. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height.
