The TriAire Custom is a modern, minimalist ceiling fan designed for versatility. Its three slender composite blades and sleek brushed nickel motor housing give it a clean, contemporary look that suits both covered patios and contemporary interiors. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers strong airflow while keeping energy use low. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan from your smartphone or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers 16 speeds and multiple modes.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) if you wish to add lighting.
Light color and feel
No light included. If you add the optional LED light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with color temperatures from 2700K to 5000K, allowing you to choose from warm white to daylight.
Sizing and fit
With a 56-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 56 x 56 x 12.92 inches, this fan suits medium to large rooms. It hangs 12.92 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the lead wire is 80 inches long.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
