How bright is it?

The integrated 18-watt LED light kit delivers 1,600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—making it suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to your preference.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the LED module is integrated into the light kit and is included with the fan.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The light is dimmable and controlled via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app. It is not compatible with standard wall dimmers.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is wet-rated, so it is safe for damp and wet locations, including fully exposed outdoor areas like patios and porches.
