How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that offers up to 1600 lumens, similar to a 100W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional light kit, you can select from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to suit your mood and activity. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true.
Sizing and fit
With a 56-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 56 x 56 x 12.92 inches, this fan suits rooms of 15x15 ft or larger. The included 4.5-inch downrod places the fan 12.92 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
