How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so it provides no illumination on its own. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1,600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—with selectable color temperatures.

Light color and feel

Not applicable—no light included. If you add the optional LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight, with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.

Sizing and fit

With a 56-inch blade sweep and a low-profile 12.92-inch height, this fan suits large rooms. Is the bulb included? No bulb is included because this fan does not come with a light kit. It is light-kit adaptable, and the optional LED light kit is sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is controlled via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app; it is not dimmable via a wall dimmer. The optional LED light kit is dimmable and controlled through the remote or app.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is wet-rated, so it is safe for damp and wet locations, including fully exposed outdoor areas like patios and porches.
