How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 3600 lumens, comparable to a 200-watt incandescent bulb, making it bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a large room. The light is dimmable, so you can adjust it to a softer glow for evenings.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you create the perfect ambiance, from cozy and warm to bright and energizing. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and true to life.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 56-inch blade sweep and measures 56 inches wide by 15.93 inches high from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
