Description
A 52-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, featuring a black motor housing and brushed nickel blades, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet-rated spaces.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan offers a sleek, modern design with three slender composite blades in a brushed nickel finish, contrasting with the matte black motor housing. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while keeping energy use low. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync, you can control the fan from your smartphone or voice assistant, or use the included handheld remote. This model is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) for added versatility.
Best for
- Covered patios, pergolas, and gazebos where a wet-rated fan is required
- Living rooms and great rooms up to 400 sq ft, providing strong airflow
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, adjustable air movement with 16 speeds
- Outdoor kitchens and dining areas, adding comfort and air circulation
- Smart home setups, integrating with voice assistants and the FanSync app
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft unless using a shorter downrod (4.5-inch included)
- Spaces that require a light kit, as this model does not include one
- Areas with very high humidity and direct water spray, as it is wet-rated but not submersible
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you choose. The compatible 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from multiple color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) with CCT Select technology, allowing you to tailor the light to your activity and mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true to life.
