Description
A 52-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in brushed satin brass with weathered wood composite blades.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a modern, minimalist silhouette with serious performance. Its three slender blades and brushed satin brass housing give it a clean, contemporary look that suits both transitional and modern interiors. The DC motor delivers powerful airflow quietly, and with Wi-Fi FanSync and the included handheld remote, you get full control from your phone, voice assistant, or the remote. This version is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) if you want to add lighting later.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are needed
- Bedrooms and living rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, mounted with the included 4.5-inch downrod
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity, as long as the fan is not directly exposed to water
- Smart-home setups - control via the FanSync app or voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home
- Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings steeper than 27 degrees without an optional sloped-ceiling adapter
- Spaces that need a light fixture included - this model does not come with a light kit, though one can be added separately
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you add. The compatible 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, you'll get CCT Select technology with 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K color temperatures, letting you switch from warm to cool light. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors look natural and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 52 inches in blade sweep and 12.92 inches from ceiling to bottom. It's designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height for maximum airflow. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches wide.
