The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation makes a bold statement with its silver motor housing and black blades. This high-contrast look fits modern, industrial, and transitional interiors. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, this fan delivers up to 6,100 CFM of airflow—ideal for larger rooms. It is wet-rated, making it a great choice for covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
This model does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the light kit you add (sold separately). The compatible 18-watt LED light kit produces 1,600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) via CCT Select technology. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and accurate.

The fan has a blade sweep of 52 inches and overall dimensions of 52 x 52 x 12.92 inches. It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°. The included 4.5-inch downrod provides a ceiling-to-bottom height of 12.92 inches; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
