Description
A 52-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations, ideal for covered patios, pergolas, and large living spaces.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation offers a sleek, modern design with three slender blades in a weathered wood finish that adds a touch of natural warmth to the matte white housing. Powered by a quiet and energy-efficient DC motor, this fan delivers powerful airflow up to 6,100 CFM while maintaining whisper-quiet operation. With integrated Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan with your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control. This model is compatible with an optional light kit (sold separately) for added versatility.
Best for
- Covered patios, pergolas, and gazebos where wet-rated fixtures are required
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 400 square feet
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient airflow
- Outdoor kitchens and dining areas with high ceilings
- Smart home setups with voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home
Not ideal for
- Spaces that require an integrated light fixture, as this model does not include a light kit
- Indoor rooms with ceilings under 8 feet unless using a shorter downrod (4.5-inch included)
- Areas with very low clearance where the 12.92-inch drop from ceiling to bottom may be too much
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you may add. The compatible 18-watt LED kit (sold separately) produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from multiple color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) with CCT Select technology, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance from warm to cool light. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true to life.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 52-inch blade sweep, making it ideal for rooms 144 to 400 square feet. The overall dimensions are 52 inches wide by 52 inches deep by 12.92 inches high (from ceiling to bottom without light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The fan is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees).
