A 52-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations, finished in matte white with pleated natural blades.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with serious airflow. Its three slender composite blades in a pleated natural finish bring a warm, organic touch to the matte white body. Powered by a quiet DC motor with 16 speeds, it moves up to 6,100 CFM—enough to cool a large living room or covered patio. With built-in Wi-Fi and the fanSync app, you can control speed, scheduling, and more from your phone or voice assistant. This version is compatible with an optional integrated light kit (sold separately) if you decide to add lighting later.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you add. The compatible 18W LED kit (sold separately) delivers 1,600 lumens—roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you'll get CCT Select technology with 3000K (warm white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight) options. Warm settings feel cozy, while cooler settings are crisp and energizing.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in diameter and hangs 12.92 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings, and the canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
