The TriAire Custom from Fanimation delivers powerful, quiet airflow in a sleek, modern package. Its three slender composite blades in a rich koa finish add warmth against the black motor housing, making it a versatile choice for contemporary, transitional, and tropical-inspired interiors. Powered by a high-efficiency DC motor, this fan moves up to 6,100 CFM while using just 12 watts on average. It's Wi-Fi enabled with FanSync, so you can control speed, timer, and modes from your smartphone or voice assistant.

Sizing and fit
With a 52-inch blade sweep and a height of 12.92 inches, this fan is best suited for rooms at least 12 x 12 ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod works for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for taller ceilings. The fan mounts flush to flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
