Description
A 52-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in brushed satin brass with koa blades.
The TriAire Custom from Fanimation offers a sleek, modern look with three slender composite blades in a rich koa finish, contrasting with the brushed satin brass motor housing. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor with 16 speeds, it delivers up to 6,100 CFM of airflow. This version is light-kit compatible (sold separately), giving you flexibility to add lighting later. Control it via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app with voice assistant support.

- Covered patios and porches, rated for damp locations to withstand humidity and moisture
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms where you want airflow without direct rain exposure
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 20x20 ft, mounted on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, adjustable airflow with 16 speeds
- Spaces where you want smart control via Wi-Fi and voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water—this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a longer downrod for proper clearance
- Those seeking a traditional or ornate fan style—this is a modern, minimalist design
- Spaces that need integrated lighting—this model does not include a light kit
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the compatible LED light kit (sold separately), it offers up to 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, with dimmable functionality.

If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) via CCT Select technology, with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
