The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation offers a sleek, modern design with three slender, pleated matte white blades and a matte black housing. This model is light-kit compatible, allowing you to add an optional LED light kit (sold separately) if you need illumination. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers up to 6,100 CFM of airflow, making it a versatile choice for both indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The included TR305 remote and fanSync app provide convenient control over 16 speeds and other features.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you choose. Fanimation offers an 18-watt LED light kit with CCT Select technology (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) to match your mood and decor. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The light is dimmable via the included remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This 52-inch fan has an overall height of 12.92 inches from ceiling to bottom when installed with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The fan weighs 21.74 lbs and requires a standard 120V electrical supply.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
