Fanimation TriAire Custom 52in 3-Blade Wet Rated Smart Ceiling Fan with LED Light Kit | Marine Grade Matte White and | Model FPD8514MWM-52MWW-LK

A 52-inch marine-grade smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit for covered patios, porches, and large indoor rooms, finished in matte white with matte white composite blades.

The TriAire Custom by Fanimation combines powerful airflow with versatile lighting in a wet-rated design that suits both indoor and outdoor spaces. Its marine-grade construction and weather-resistant matte white finish resist corrosion and fading, while the three matte white composite blades deliver a clean, minimalist look. The included 18-watt LED light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you choose from 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.

Best for

• Covered patios, pergolas, gazebos, and porches where the fan is exposed to rain and humidity
• Large living rooms, great rooms, and bedrooms with ceilings at least 8 ft high
• Outdoor kitchens and dining areas needing powerful airflow up to 6,100 CFM
• Smart home setups - control via the fanSync Wi-Fi app or voice assistant
• Year-round comfort with reversible airflow for summer and winter use

Not ideal for

• Small rooms under 120 sq ft where a 52-inch sweep may feel overpowering
• Ceilings steeper than 27 degrees without an additional sloped-ceiling adapter
• Anyone who prefers a fan without a light kit - this model includes one

How bright is it?

The integrated 18-watt LED light kit provides 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - making it suitable for ambient lighting in large rooms.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and accurate, ideal for outdoor entertaining or indoor living spaces.
