A 52-inch smart ceiling fan with integrated LED light kit from Fanimation's TriAire Custom Collection, finished in silver with silver composite blades, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations.
The TriAire Custom fan pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with a high-performance DC motor, delivering powerful airflow up to 6,100 CFM. Its three slender blades and all-silver finish create a contemporary, monochromatic look that suits patios, pergolas, and living spaces alike. The integrated 18-watt LED light kit features CCT Select technology, allowing you to choose from warm white, bright white, or daylight. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan and light via smart device or voice assistant, and the included TR305 remote offers 16 speeds and multiple modes.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
