A 52-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated 12-inch LED light kit, featuring CCT Select technology for adjustable color temperatures, ideal for indoor and outdoor wet locations.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines sleek, minimalist design with advanced smart technology. Its three slender composite blades in matte white create a clean, contemporary look that suits a variety of decor styles. The integrated 12-inch LED light kit features an opal frosted shade and CCT Select technology, allowing you to choose from five color temperatures (2700K to 5000K) to match your mood and decor. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, this fan delivers powerful airflow up to 6,100 CFM while maintaining whisper-quiet operation. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan and light effortlessly via your smart device or voice assistant.

Best for

• Covered patios, gazebos, pergolas, and porches where wet-rated fixtures are required
• Living rooms and great rooms with ceilings up to 27° slope, providing ample air circulation and lighting
• Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient cooling with 16-speed control and adjustable lighting
• Outdoor kitchens and dining areas where a durable, weather-resistant fan with integrated light is essential

Not ideal for

• Indoor rooms with ceilings lower than 7 feet, as the fan may hang too low for safe clearance
• Spaces where a brighter light output is needed, as the 12-inch light kit provides 3600 lumens, suitable for ambient lighting but not as a primary light source

How bright is it?

The integrated LED light kit provides 3600 lumens, which is comparable to a 200-watt incandescent bulb, making it suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to your preference.

Light color and feel

The CCT Select technology offers five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This allows you to customize the light to suit different activities and moods, from cozy warm light for relaxation to bright daylight for tasks. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate.

Sizing and fit
