A 52-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom Collection, finished in silver with silver composite blades, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations.
The TriAire Custom fan pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with a high-performance DC motor, delivering powerful airflow up to 6,100 CFM. Its three slender blades and all-silver finish create a contemporary, monochromatic look that suits patios, pergolas, and living spaces alike. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan via smart device or voice assistant, and the included TR305 remote offers 16 speeds and multiple modes.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which provides 1600 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional light kit, you can select from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) via CCT Select technology. The 90 CRI ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for outdoor entertaining or kitchens.
Sizing and fit
With a 52-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 52 x 52 x 12.92 inches, this fan fits rooms from 12x12 ft to 20x20 ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod provides a 12.92-inch ceiling-to-bottom height; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
