A 52-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations, with a matte white finish and three pleated matte white composite blades.

Its three sleek, slender blades and matte white finish give it a clean, contemporary look that suits a variety of spaces. Powered by a high-performance DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while remaining energy-efficient. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan via smart devices or voice assistants, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that offers CCT Select technology for adjustable color temperature.
Light color and feel
Not applicable, as no light is included. If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from warm white to daylight color temperatures to suit your space.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 52 inches wide by 52 inches deep by 12.92 inches high. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27° slope) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height for maximum airflow.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
