Description
A 52-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in brushed satin brass with matte white blades, for covered outdoor spaces and large indoor rooms.
The TriAire Custom is a modern, minimal ceiling fan designed for versatility. Its three slender composite blades and brushed satin brass housing give it a clean, contemporary look that suits both indoor and outdoor covered spaces. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor with 16 speeds, it delivers strong airflow up to 6,100 CFM. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync technology, you can control the fan from your smartphone or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote adds convenience.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are needed
- Large bedrooms and living rooms with ceilings at least 8 ft high
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity
- Open-plan spaces that need efficient air circulation without a light fixture
- Smart home setups where voice control and app scheduling are desired
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 7 ft unless using a shorter downrod
- Those seeking a fan with an integrated light - this model requires a separate light kit
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the light kit you add. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately), which provides adjustable brightness and color temperature.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from multiple color temperatures (2700K-5000K) to create warm, neutral, or cool light. The kit features CCT Select technology and a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This 52-inch fan is ideal for rooms up to 400 square feet. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod and can be installed on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Overall dimensions: 52" W x 52" D x 12.92" H.
