Its three slender blades in weathered wood and compact DC motor keep the profile low while moving up to 6,100 CFM. How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED kit you add. That kit delivers up to 1,600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—ideal for ambient lighting, not task work.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your space. The 90 CRI rating means colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This 52-inch fan fits rooms from 12 x 12 ft up to 18 x 18 ft. The overall dimensions are 52 x 52 x 12.92 inches, with a 4.5-inch downrod included. For higher ceilings, optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
