The TriAire Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with serious performance. Its three slender Natural-finished composite blades and silver housing give it a clean, contemporary look that suits covered outdoor living areas as well as large indoor rooms. The integrated 18-watt LED module delivers 1600 lumens with CCT Select technology, letting you switch between warm white, bright white, and daylight. With Wi-Fi fanSync and the included handheld remote, you get full control over 16 speeds, light levels, and more from your smart device or voice assistant.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens - comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - making it suitable as a primary light source for most rooms. It is dimmable, so you can lower the output for a softer ambiance.

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living spaces where you want true-to-life tones. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 52 x 52 x 14.62 inches (with light kit). It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
