The TriAire Custom ceiling fan combines a sleek black finish with brushed satin brass details on the motor housing and light kit, adding a touch of warmth to its modern design. The three slender composite blades are finished in black, and the integrated opal frosted LED light kit uses CCT Select technology for adjustable color temperature. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while keeping energy use low. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync, you can control the fan and light from your smartphone or voice assistant, or use the included handheld remote.

How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but may not be sufficient as the sole light source in very large spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). This allows you to tailor the light to your activity and mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true to life, ideal for living areas and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 14.62 inches with the light kit. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
