Fanimation TriAire Custom 52in 1-Light Smart Ceiling Fan | Brushed Satin Brass and Silver Composite Blades | Covered | Model FPD8514BS-52SLW-12LK

A 52-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in brushed satin brass with silver composite blades.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a modern, minimalist silhouette with serious performance. Its three slender blades and brushed satin brass housing give it a clean, contemporary look that suits both transitional and modern interiors. The integrated 12-inch LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you shift from warm to cool light, while the DC motor delivers powerful airflow quietly. With Wi-Fi FanSync and the included handheld remote, you get full control from your phone, voice assistant, or the remote.

Best for

• Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are needed
• Bedrooms and living rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, mounted with the included 4.5-inch downrod
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity, as long as the fan is not directly exposed to water
• Smart-home setups - control via the FanSync app or voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home
• Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with ceilings steeper than 27 degrees without an optional sloped-ceiling adapter
• Small spaces under 8 ft ceilings if you need extra-long downrods to reach the ideal 7-9 ft hanging height

How bright is it?

The integrated LED module produces 3600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250W incandescent bulb. That's bright enough to serve as the primary light in a medium-sized bedroom or living area, and it's fully dimmable so you can dial it down for a softer ambiance.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures. That means you can switch from a warm, cozy glow (2700K) to a crisp, daylight-like brightness (5000K) depending on the time of day or mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors look natural and accurate, ideal for spaces where you want true-to-life lighting.

Sizing and fit

This fan measures 52 inches in blade sweep and 15.93 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit installed. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height for maximum airflow. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches wide.
