Description
A 52-inch smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch integrated LED light kit, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations, finished in silver with pleated matte white blades.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines modern design with powerful performance. Its three slender, pleated blades in matte white and silver finish create a sleek, contemporary look. The integrated 12-inch LED light kit provides bright, adjustable illumination, while the quiet DC motor delivers up to 6,100 CFM of airflow. With Wi-Fi enabled fanSync, you can control both fan and light from your smartphone or voice assistant, making it a smart and versatile addition to any space.
Best for
- Covered patios, gazebos, and pergolas where wet-rated fixtures are required
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 20x20 ft, providing strong airflow and lighting
- Outdoor kitchens and dining areas, with bright lighting for evening use
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, adjustable comfort with 16 speeds
- Smart homes where voice control and app-based scheduling are desired
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 8 ft unless using a flush mount (not included)
- Spaces where a light kit is not needed, as this model includes one
- Very small rooms under 8x8 ft, where a 52-inch sweep may be overpowering
How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED module produces 3600 lumens—comparable to a 250-watt incandescent bulb—providing bright, room-filling light. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit your mood or activity.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your space and time of day. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true, ideal for outdoor entertaining or highlighting decor.
