Fanimation TriAire Custom 52in 1-Light Ceiling Fan | Silver and Dark Walnut Composite Blades | Indoor & Outdoor Wet | Model FPD8514SLW-52DWAW-LK

A 52-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations, finished in silver with dark walnut composite blades.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with rich dark walnut blades, creating a warm yet contemporary look. Its three slender composite blades contrast beautifully with the silver motor housing, making it a versatile choice for modern patios, pergolas, and living spaces. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while keeping energy use low. With built-in Wi-Fi and the FanSync app, you can control the fan and light from your smartphone or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control.

Best for

• Covered patios, gazebos, and pergolas where wet-rated durability is essential
• Living rooms and great rooms up to 400 sq ft, providing strong airflow and ambient lighting
• Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, adjustable air movement with 16 speeds
• Outdoor kitchens or dining areas, with the integrated light providing bright, adjustable illumination
• Smart home setups, thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity and voice assistant compatibility

Not ideal for

• Rooms with ceilings lower than 8 ft, as the included 4.5-inch downrod may not provide adequate clearance
• Spaces where a light kit is not desired, as this model includes an integrated LED module
• Areas with extreme temperature fluctuations, as the composite blades may be less durable than solid wood in harsh climates

How bright is it?

The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for general ambient lighting in medium to large rooms, but it is not intended as the sole light source for very large spaces.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood or activity. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true to life, ideal for outdoor entertaining or reading areas. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to your preference.

Sizing and fit

This fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 14.62 inches with the light kit. It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. The included 4.5-inch downrod is suitable for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; longer downrods (up to 72 inches) are available for higher ceilings.
