The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines a sleek, modern aesthetic with high-performance airflow. Its three slender composite blades in Dark Walnut contrast beautifully with the Dark Bronze motor housing, creating a look that suits contemporary and transitional interiors. The integrated 40-watt LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you choose from five color temperatures, all controlled via the included remote or your smart device.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 3600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This is very bright, suitable for large rooms or as a primary light source, and it's dimmable so you can adjust the ambiance.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures. This flexibility lets you match the light to your activity and mood, from cozy warm light to bright daylight. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 15.93 inches (with light kit) from the ceiling. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
