The integrated LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you adjust the light color from warm white to daylight, while the 16-speed DC motor delivers powerful yet quiet airflow.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 3600 lumens - about as bright as a 250W incandescent bulb, suitable for lighting a large living room or patio. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level to your preference.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you match the light to your activity and mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true.

This fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 52 inches wide by 52 inches deep by 15.93 inches high. It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. The included 4.5-inch downrod is suitable for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
