The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, modern three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor and integrated Wi-Fi control. Finished in brushed nickel with black composite blades, it brings contemporary style to covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and spacious bedrooms. The included LED light kit offers three color temperatures, letting you tailor the light to your space.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - making it bright enough for ambient lighting in a bedroom or covered patio. It is dimmable, so you can lower the output for a softer ambiance.
Light color and feel
Choose from three color temperatures: 3000K (soft white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This 52-inch fan measures 52 inches wide by 14.62 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve a 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
