A 48-inch smart ceiling fan with an LED light kit from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in brushed satin brass with weathered wood blades, for covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and large bedrooms.
The TriAire Custom combines a sleek, modern design with smart functionality. Three slender composite blades in weathered wood spin on a high-efficiency DC motor, while the integrated LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you choose between warm, bright, or daylight tones. With built-in Wi-Fi and the fanSync app, you can control speed, light, and scheduling from your phone or voice assistant, making it a versatile addition to any indoor or covered outdoor space.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It's dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, and with a CRI of 90, colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches wide by 44 inches deep and hangs 14.62 inches from the ceiling with the light kit. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
