The TriAire Custom pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with serious performance. Three slender composite blades in weathered wood spin on a high-efficiency DC motor, while the integrated 12-inch LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you switch between warm, bright, or daylight tones. With built-in Wi-Fi and the fanSync app, you can control everything from your phone or voice assistant, making it a smart addition to any indoor or covered outdoor space.

How bright is it?
The integrated 12-inch LED light kit delivers 3600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250W incandescent bulb, making it bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a large room. It's dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, and with a CRI of 90, colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches wide by 44 inches deep and hangs 15.93 inches from the ceiling with the light kit. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
