How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that offers up to 1,600 lumens.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from color temperatures of 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) via CCT Select technology. The opal frosted shade diffuses light softly, and the 90 CRI ensures accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a blade sweep of 48 inches and overall dimensions of 44 inches wide by 44 inches deep by 12.92 inches high. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It fits rooms up to 18x20 ft and is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
