How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) for versatile lighting.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from multiple color temperatures (2700K-5000K) to create the desired ambiance, from warm and cozy to bright and daylight-like. The kit features CCT Select technology and a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With a 48-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 44 x 44 x 12.92 inches, this fan suits medium to large rooms. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The fan is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
