The TriAire Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with a touch of warmth from its brushed satin brass light kit. Its three slender composite blades in matte white are powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor that delivers airflow up to 5,297 CFM. The integrated LED module offers three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) and a high 90 CRI, so you can tailor the light to your space. With built-in Wi-Fi and FanSync, you can control the fan and light from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote puts 16 speeds and CCT selection at your fingertips.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room or covered patio, and it's dimmable so you can lower the output for a cozy evening ambiance.
Light color and feel
Choose from three color temperatures: 3000K (soft white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true, making it suitable for spaces where you want accurate color rendering. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly to reduce glare.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches wide, 44 inches deep, and 14.62 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. Ideal for rooms at least 12 x 12 ft, with a recommended ceiling height of 8 ft or more.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
