The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines a sleek, modern design with powerful performance. Its three slender silver composite blades and brushed satin brass housing create a contemporary look that fits both covered patios and living spaces. The integrated 40-watt LED light kit with CCT Select technology offers five color temperatures from warm white to daylight, and the opal frosted shade diffuses light beautifully. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan and light from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote provides 16 speeds and full light control.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 3600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a medium-sized room or covered patio.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
