Description
A 48-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in brushed satin brass with matte white blades.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with serious performance. Its three slender composite blades and brushed satin brass housing give it a contemporary look that suits both covered patios and living spaces. The integrated 18-watt LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you choose from warm white, bright white, or daylight, while the opal frosted shade diffuses light softly. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan and light from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers 16 speeds and full light control.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Bedrooms and living rooms with ceilings up to 27° slope, using the included 4.5-inch downrod
- Spaces up to 400 square feet needing efficient airflow up to 5,297 CFM
- Smart home setups with voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home
- Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow
Not ideal for
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 7 feet, as the fan hangs about 14.6 inches from the ceiling
- Those who prefer a traditional fan with pull chains - this fan is controlled via remote or app
How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough for ambient lighting in a bedroom or covered patio, but not intended as the sole light source for a large living area.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can switch between 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), and 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you create a cozy evening glow or a crisp, energizing light for daytime activities. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 48-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 44 inches wide by 44 inches deep by 14.62 inches high (with light kit). It includes a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 foot hanging height. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.
