Fanimation TriAire Custom 44in Ceiling Fan | Brushed Satin Brass and Silver Blades | Covered Patio & Bedroom | Model FPD8514BS-44SLW

A 44-inch damp-rated smart ceiling fan without a light kit, finished in brushed satin brass with silver blades - ideal for covered patios, porches, and large bedrooms.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor. The brushed satin brass finish and silver composite blades give it a contemporary look that suits both indoor and covered outdoor spaces. With Wi-Fi connectivity via fanSync, you can control the fan from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers 16 speeds and full control.

Best for

• Covered patios and porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing year-round comfort
• Primary bedrooms 12x14 ft or larger, where a separate light source is preferred
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity (damp-rated)
• Living areas with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Small rooms under 8x8 ft where a 44-inch sweep may be overpowering
• Spaces with ceilings lower than 7 ft unless using a shorter downrod

How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) if you want to add illumination later.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures, and a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.

Sizing and fit

The fan measures 44 inches in diameter and hangs 12.92 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It fits rooms from 100 to 200 square feet and works on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.
