The TriAire Custom by Fanimation is built to perform beautifully in both indoor and outdoor settings. Constructed with marine-grade materials and a weather-resistant black finish, it withstands direct exposure to rain, water, and high humidity. This version does not include a light kit, offering a clean, minimalist look, but it is light kit adaptable for future flexibility. With a powerful DC motor, reversible airflow, and smart home integration, it delivers reliable comfort year-round.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1,600 lumens with CCT Select technology.
Light color and feel
No light included. If you add the optional LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight, with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With a 44-inch blade sweep and 14° blade pitch, this fan suits rooms up to 225 sq ft. The overall dimensions are 44 x 44 x 12.92 inches, and it mounts to flat or sloped ceilings (up to 27°) with the included 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches allow mounting heights of 7 to 9 feet from the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
