A 44-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated 12-inch LED light kit from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in dark bronze with matching composite blades, for indoor and outdoor wet-rated spaces.
This modern, functional ceiling fan is designed for versatility, with three sleek blades and a high-performance DC motor. It includes a 40-watt dimmable LED light kit with CCT Select technology, allowing you to choose from multiple light colors. The fan features FanSync Wi-Fi technology for smart control and comes with a handheld remote.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit provides 3600 lumens, which is quite bright—comparable to a 250W incandescent bulb. It's suitable for illuminating large areas, though you can dim it to your preferred level.
Light color and feel
The light kit offers CCT Select technology with color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K. This allows you to switch from warm, cozy light to bright, daylight-like illumination. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in blade sweep and 15.93 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod and is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for optimal hanging height.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
