A 44-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in silver with black blades, for medium indoor and outdoor spaces.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with high-performance airflow. Its three slender composite blades and silver housing give it a clean, contemporary look that suits both living spaces and covered outdoor areas. Powered by a quiet DC motor with 16 speeds, it delivers up to 5,103 CFM, making it a powerful yet energy-efficient choice for rooms up to 200 square feet.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1,600 lumens, similar to a 100W incandescent bulb, for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional light kit, you can select from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood. The light is dimmable and has a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 44-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 12.92 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit). It includes a 4.5-inch downrod and is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
