How bright is it?
This ceiling fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that offers CCT Select technology for adjustable color temperatures.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional light kit, you can choose from warm white to daylight color temperatures (2700K-5000K) to suit your mood and activity. The light kit features a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering, and is dimmable for customizable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in blade sweep and 12.92 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit). It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27°, and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height for maximum airflow.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
