How bright is it?
1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. It's not a primary task light but works well for general illumination.
Light color and feel
Choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI renders colors accurately, and the dimmable LED lets you adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Sizing and fit
This 44-inch fan fits rooms up to about 225 sq ft. With the included 4.5-inch downrod, the ceiling-to-bottom height is 14.62 inches with the light kit. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
