The TriAire Custom fan pairs a sleek silver motor housing with three slender Koa-finished composite blades for a modern, minimalist look. Its high-performance DC motor delivers powerful airflow quietly, while the integrated light kit offers selectable color temperatures to match your space. With Wi-Fi connectivity and voice assistant support, you can control the fan and light from your smart device or the included handheld remote.

How bright is it?
1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It's not a primary task light but works well for general illumination.
Light color and feel
Selectable 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) - choose the tone that suits your space. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
