With Wi-Fi FanSync, you can control the fan and light from your smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers convenient operation from anywhere in the room.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to illuminate a medium-sized room or outdoor seating area, but it is not intended as the sole light source for very large spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can switch between 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, and 5000K daylight. Warm white creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere, while daylight is crisp and energizing. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant, making it suitable for spaces where accurate color rendering matters.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in diameter and 14.62 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit (12.92 inches without). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod and is compatible with optional downrods up to 72 inches for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 17.68 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
