The TriAire Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern design with serious airflow. Its three slender matte white composite blades and opal frosted glass shade keep the look clean and contemporary, while the 16-speed DC motor moves up to 5,103 CFM. How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module delivers 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. That's plenty for ambient lighting in a living room or bedroom, though you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI rating means colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for showcasing decor. The light is dimmable, and the included remote lets you adjust brightness smoothly.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in diameter and hangs 14.62 inches from the ceiling with the light kit. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
