The TriAire Custom from Fanimation combines a modern matte white finish with natural composite blades for a warm, contemporary look. The integrated 12-inch LED light kit offers CCT Select technology with five color temperatures, from warm to daylight. With a 16-speed DC motor and Wi-Fi connectivity, this fan delivers powerful airflow and smart control, all while maintaining Energy Star efficiency.

How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED module delivers 3,600 lumens - equivalent to a 250W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as a primary light source for a large living area or outdoor entertaining space.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the included remote lets you adjust brightness smoothly.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in diameter and hangs 15.93 inches from the ceiling with the light kit. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
