The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation blends modern minimalism with high performance. Its three slender composite blades in a Natural finish create a sleek silhouette, while the black housing adds a contemporary touch. Powered by a quiet DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow up to 5,103 CFM, making it a versatile choice for living rooms, bedrooms, patios, and more. How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but not as a primary light source for large spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can adjust the color temperature from 3000K (warm white) to 4000K (bright white) to 5000K (daylight). This allows you to tailor the ambiance from cozy and warm to crisp and energizing. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in blade sweep and 14.62 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod, with optional downrods up to 72 inches available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
