Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow up to 5,103 CFM. The integrated light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you choose from five color temperatures to match your mood. With Wi-Fi FanSync, you can control the fan and light via smart device or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote offers 16 speeds and multiple modes.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 3,600 lumens - comparable to a 250W incandescent bulb - making it bright enough to serve as the primary light source in most rooms. With CCT Select, you can adjust from warm 2700K to cool 5000K to suit the activity and time of day.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true, ideal for living spaces and outdoor entertaining.
Sizing and fit
This 44-inch fan fits rooms up to 18 x 20 ft. It hangs 15.93 in from the ceiling with the included 4.5-in downrod; optional downrods up to 72 in are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 in in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 in. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
